Welcome to Clark Community Mental Health Center
Moving Forward, Improving Lives and Communities through
An update concerning COVID-19 from Brad Ridenour, Clark Center CEO:
March 19, 2020
During these truly trying times, we want to reassure that the Clark Center is available to help our community members during this time of crisis. How we deliver this assistance is sure to look differently as we learn more information about the pandemic. In efforts to keep our valued clients and employees safe from potential spread of the Coronavirus illness, we are in the process of shifting how we provide services so as to limit face to face contact. When clients have the ability to have individual sessions via telephone or video chat, we will schedule visits that way instead of offering in-office appointments. Clark staff may provide equipment to make these tele-visits possible.
Fewer and fewer in person groups will be offered. Participants will be informed if and when their group is not offered. We will be offering virtual groups for those who have available equipment.
Crisis response remains available to all community members 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Crisis hot-line 1-800-801-4405.
As you attempt to socially distance, we encourage that you do not socially isolate. We will make a way to meet you in your time of need even if not face-to-face.
