Mission:
The mission of the Clark Community Mental Health Center is to be a crisis assessment and information resource for Barry, Dade and Lawrence County residents needing assistance with mental illness, substance abuse, mental retardation and developmental disabilities and to provide a comprehensive array of programs and services to children, youth and adults, who are the most serious and persistent mentally and emotionally ill people.

The Clark Community Mental Health Center is a private, not for profit corporation, organized for the purpose of providing mental health and substance abuse services to residents of Barry, Dade and Lawrence Counties. Clark Community Mental Health Center has proudly delivered services in Barry, Dade and Lawrence Counties since 1971. Our organization includes a fully qualified staff of professionals with a wide variety of clinical skills including: psychologists, social workers, substance abuse counselors, psychiatrists, trained family intervention specialist, community support workers and crisis workers.
