For individuals who are unable to participate in treatment during normal office hours, arrangements for appointments outside of normal business hours can be made with select service providers.
Individuals need to speak to their provider or office staff to request special arrangements.

I've never been to the Clark Center, how do I get an appointment?
If this is your first time visiting the Clark Center or if it has been some time since your last visit, accessing services is as easy as walking in the door. Clark Center staff will see anyone from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday at our location at 1701 N. Central, Monett, MO, 1701 Townsend, Cassville, MO or 123 N. Wetzel, Greenfield, MO to answer any questions and/or refer to appropriate services. Adults, Children, Youth and/or Families will be seen by a licensed clinician. A photo ID and current insurance information is required upon the first visit.
